Solar Panel
Monocrystalline or polycrystalline silicon panels with ≥21% conversion efficiency. Independently adjustable bracket allows 0°-60° tilt optimisation for any geographic latitude. Tempered anti-reflective glass, aluminium alloy frame, rated for 25-year service life.
Battery
LiFePO₄ (lithium iron phosphate) battery pack integrated inside the lamp housing or pole-mounted enclosure. Cycle life ≥2000 times, operating temperature −20°C to +60°C, built-in BMS for overcharge, over-discharge, and short-circuit protection.
LED Lamp
High-efficacy LED module ≥160 lm/W with Type II or Type III road-optimised light distribution. Die-cast aluminium housing, IP65 waterproof rating, colour temperature 3000K-6500K selectable, CRI ≥70, rated lifespan ≥50,000 hours.
Controller
Intelligent MPPT solar charge controller with microprocessor-based dimming logic. Supports time-segment dimming (e.g. 100% at dusk, 50% at midnight, 100% at dawn), PIR motion-sensing mode, and remote monitoring via optional 4G IoT module.
